The insurance industry continues to consolidate with the Top 10 insurers owning 76.1% of the market. The Crash Network recently published results of a survey of more than 1100 shops regarding shop satisfaction with insurers. Scoring was subjective based on the repairer’s overall satisfaction with the insurer. As a rule, the insurers rated highest by shops were smaller, regional insurers, not large national insurers.
