Cleaning vehicles during the time of Covid-19 has taken on increased importance as we may not only clean vehicles AFTER the repair, but also PRIOR to the repair to keep our employees safe. This month’s Collision Solutions newsletter offers some thoughts on this process and clarifies the differences between cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting. This is an important topic to discuss with shop personnel to assure that they have the right products and procedures in place, and that they are clear in all customer communications.
